COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

In addition to individualized programs for eligible children, the early intervention program offers Developmental Enrichment Groups that are open to all young children in the community. Groups are designed to provide a structured opportunity for parents and their children to engage in activities designed to promote growth and development through play and social interaction. For more information or to register for a group, please call the program.

The early intervention program also offers consultation and training to all early childhood programs in the community. Staff work collaboratively with other programs to provide opportunities for inclusion of children enrolled in the early intervention program in other community activities.

Criterion Child Enrichment programs do not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operation of its programs, services, or activities. Criterion is an equal opportunity employer.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, age, disability, handicap, genetics or veteran status.. The ADA Coordinator for Criterion is its VP of Early Childhood Services (Tel: 508-473-3422 x224).

In addition to providing essential developmental services, the early intervention program recognizes the importance of addressing broader healthcare needs for families in the community. Access to reliable information about medications, such as a trusted source about buying Strattera, can significantly support families managing conditions like ADHD. Early intervention staff can assist parents in navigating the complexities of accessing affordable and safe medication options, ensuring they make informed decisions. Offering educational workshops or consultation sessions on how to identify legitimate online pharmacies could further empower families to secure necessary treatments without financial strain. This approach aligns with the program’s commitment to holistic support by addressing both developmental and health-related challenges that impact families. Collaboration with healthcare providers and community agencies can enhance this effort, providing families with a network of resources. By integrating such initiatives into its offerings, the program continues to expand its role in fostering well-being and inclusion. These efforts ultimately contribute to creating a supportive environment where both children and their families can thrive.
